Beauties for a Cause

National Delegates agrees to:

1.Be in the host city (to be announced) on or before the required registration date.

2.Bring suitable wardrobe to be used during the period of the contest, to include:

·One Evening Gown (must be floor length)
·Interview Outfit
·Casual clothes and Sports wear (Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, gym outfit, daily clothes)
·Swimsuit (for personal use)
·Semi-formal Day dress or attire
·Suitable shoes and accessories for the above.

3.Conduct herself properly at all time during her stay at the United States Earth Pageants.

4.To cooperate, obey and comply at all times with the rules and regulations of the NationalOrganizer.

5.Attend all official functions at all times during the period of the competition and not to leave the hotel without permission from Official Chaperones or National Organizer.

6.Have no other private/public engagements outside of the official pageant activities for the duration of the pageant.

7.Allow National Organizer to use or take her photographs for purposes of publicity and promotions.

8.Appear on television, radio, film or print media for the publicity/promotion requirements at the request of the National Organizer.

9.Depart from host city as required after the Coronation Night. Any later departure must be cleared with the Organizer and will be at the delegate’s own expense.

10.Bring sufficient funds to cover incidental expenses such as excess baggage charges, telephone bills and other personal expenses.

The national organizer agrees to:

1. Meet delegates at the airport upon arrival and provide ground transportation to and from the airport, at no additional cost.

2. Provide suitable hotel accommodations and all meals during the entire duration of the competition. All other incidental expenses such as room service, telephone calls, etc. will be the expense of the delegate.

3. Provide ground transportation, at no additional cost to the delegate, for all official functions within the host city.

4. Will be advised, assisted and supervised with respect to her conduct and welfare for the duration of the competition.

Miss/Teen Earth United States winners:

1. Will be under contract with Earth Pageant Productions for the duration of their reign as Miss/Teen Earth United States until she relinquishes her crown.

2. Shall not at any time thereafter commercially exploit her title in any way whatsoever and all her activities must be approved in writing by Earth Pageant Productions.

3. Shall conduct herself with decorum during her reign and shall NOT commit any immoral, illegal or any act or behavior which, in the sole opinion of the Organizer could bring disrepute, ridicule or contempt to the Miss Earth image and reputation.

4. Will not enter/participate as a candidate in any other beauty competition during her reign, without expressed written consent of Earth Pageant Productions.

5. Will NOT, during her reign, sign or enter into any contract or agreement with individuals, organizations or companies and will not give any written or verbal product endorsements or be associated with any commercial organizations as it relates to her title without prior written consent of the National Organizer.

6. Agrees to travel, as requested, for official functions and be involved in shows, personal appearances, press conference and other events arranged by the National Organizer. During such trips, she will be provided with free airfare, hotel accommodations and some meals.

7. Shall return to the Host City of the succeeding year’s Miss/Teen Earth United States competition to crown her successor.

8. Shall relinquish, terminate, revoke, cancel and/or rescind all contract(s) and/or commitments, written or otherwise, which she may have entered into prior to joining Miss Earth pageants and which, in the sole opinion of the Organizer would directly or indirectly conflict with her duties and obligations as Miss/Teen Earth United States.

9. For the duration of my reign, hereby appoint Earth Pageant Productions as the sole and exclusive Agent and authorized to enter into contracts or agreements involving my appearances or performance, as it relates to the titles of Miss/Teen Earth United States.


Grounds for disqualification or dethronement:

1 .Any violation or non-performance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and/or the United States Earth pageants Rules and Regulations and contract.

2 .Determination by the National Organizer that any of the delegate’s representations made in her Official Entry Form, and any other information she supplied in connection with the Pageant, prove to be false and/or inaccurate.

3.For Miss/Teen Earth United States, absences at official functions without noticenor permission or approval from National Organizer or failure to perform duties and responsibilities required of Miss/Teen Earth United States titleholder.

4. Entering another beauty event during reign as Miss/Teen Earth United States, without prior written consent or approval.

Delegate further understands that her disqualification as a candidate or dethronement as the national winner or element titleholder based on the foregoing grounds and causes will result in the immediate forfeiture of all the privileges and prizes due her, as well as revocation of all privileges and/or return of all prizes granted as a result of her participating in the Pageant, without prejudice to any claim for damages which Earth Pageant Productions may be entitled to under the law

Delegates will be provided additional Rules and Regulations, as it pertains to the national pageant only, upon registration.
